Today a page dedicated to the MIRROR DECOR project has been published in the TDHI ITALIA App. 

In the mobile version of www.tdhi-italia.com, an image opens to download the TDHI ITALIA App on your mobile as soon as the website is loaded. By entering the invitation code: 0T3LOO, you can subscribe to the TDHI ITALI App. You can send messages or follow the projects also through the App. The Beta version will remain until 31 12 2022. 

A MIRROR DECOR page has been specially created in the App for constantly updating and informing the commercial network about the project. 

From 13 10 2022, we started the dialogue with DH GROUP USA to use their contacts in Europe and especially in the USA to evaluate the strategies to be implemented to identify showrooms, distributors and customers.

Today the President had a conference call with the project partner to evaluate 2 requests: one to exhibit 5 or 8 mirrors in a new showroom furnished by INIM in Italy and a request for 5 luxury mirrors for a partner's customer. The next meeting is set for December 8th.

On 7 and 8 December, the President will begin a series of preliminary meetings to develop the development team needed to create the project's commercial network in Italy.

The goal is to create a retail network of buyers, showrooms and designer shops to obtain constant sales over time. 

Spot sales will allow for more significant investment in the Mirror project. The commercial network will allow you to sell better and with higher margins.

Today the General project manager introduced the ZAEL THAIS art gallery to our company per the President's strategies.  

The first aim is to exhibit the mirrors in a prestigious location. The second purpose is to present the mirrors to a selected clientele. The third objective is to evaluate creating events in the gallery to show the mirrors in alternative moods, which we cannot tell you now. Follow us, and you will find out.

Today the President of the DH Group had the opportunity to meet with the designers and interior decorators of the jewellery shops. 

By April 2023, El Duque Grupe will be managed exclusively by TDHI ITALIA in the Italian market. The projects will include the insertion of MIRROR DECOR mirrors.

Today the General project manager Dr Pittarello sent a communication to the customer to schedule the monthly meeting at the end of February. The customer has the possibility to receive our GPM only after March 6th. Next week the GPM will fix the dates of the meeting in Italy. 

The customer knows that our GPM will arrive in Tuscany with a selection of mirrors already under negotiation.

All the information collected by the Structure created to develop the project, the project partners, and the Division managers was sent to the DH Group for supervision and final editing.

Today DH GROUP USA, in a conference call, confirmed its interest in 15 mirrors, 5 of which are being purchased and 10 are on display. The specific list must be sent by 15 05 2023 to the President.

The partner has communicated its interest in 2 mirrors for display in the showroom and 2 mirrors for its customers. The commercial negotiation has begun to arrive at the identification of the most suitable mirrors for the customer.

Today, during a meeting with the DH Group, the partner confirmed its interest in 5 mirrors. The buyer will send the list to the President by 31st July 2023 for subsequent checks and analyses. 

There may be interest in further mirrors being booked for September.

During July and August, the President organized meetings between 11 and 16 September to promote some important mirrors of the MIRROR collection. 

Today, we had confirmation of the participants, and both on the President's social pages and ours, we will publish the meetings and what results they will have obtained.

From today, the project page dedicated to our client is not only already unique in the panorama of international consultancy, but today it even indicates the development indices obtained for the client. 

We consistently prove that we are the best. 

The project page is a cost for the TDHI Group, which must dedicate hours of work to keep it updated, but it is an investment that allows the customer, partners and consultants of the group to be informed every month. 

While reiterating that references in consultancy are worth nothing (we don't sell a product, simple to measure, we manage companies), each client, each company we work with has completely different characteristics; therefore, the results obtained with one client do not mean that they are valid for the next even if in the same sector. 

Furthermore, the project page is, in any case, an active, authentic and concrete reference on the work carried out for a client. As we always say, we do not give references because we sign confidentiality contracts, but in cases where possible and with the client's consent, we do not publish a simple reference but what we do for him. Are we posting all? Absolutely not ;)

Although the President is in Tel Aviv, Israel, he participated in the conference calls with our management. The TDHI Group thanked him for showing us once again that despite being in a war situation and having only 6 hours of rest a day, he also found time for us. Thank you.

 We have begun to create a finished and unfinished goods warehouse database. We will need the data to develop an internal document to provide an operational database for the commercial network we will create or for the proposals to be made to potential customers.

The President is devising the general strategies for developing the Mirror project in Europe. The General manager Dr Magri is in contact with the members of Mirror Decor Srl to keep the President and all of us working on the project constantly informed.

Today Dr Pittarello, TDHI Business Consultant of Team Italy, takes on the role of General project manager of the Mirror 2022 - 2025 project. We wish him to have good work.

On 7 and 8 November, a new partner was added to the project. Thanks to the President's arguments, his vision, the structure he wants to give to the project, and the beauty of the products, INIM has decided to enter the project as a partner to support commercial development.

DH GROUP USA presented 3 confidential requests for a total of 15 large luxury mirrors. DH GROUP USA is performing Due diligence on potential buyers. 

The President will evaluate the requests after receiving the Due diligence. If the bids are considered, executive proposals will be issued by the end of January 2023, with the business closing by the end of February.

Today the General project manager Dr Pittarello participated in a meeting with the President of the DH Group to set up the Structure model necessary to create the commercial network. 

Furthermore, the project development stages and the planning of activities with the partners involved have been set for the first half of 2023. 

We are negotiating through partners with potential customers as per the post dated 11 15 2022 and 11 18 2022. 

Furthermore, by the end of January 2023, the General project manager Dr Pittarello will begin monthly visits to the customer. They will be essential because they will be used to collect and give information to the customer, in addition to those published on this project page.

Today the President of the DH Group, after having participated in the annual meeting of the shareholders of the D&D Foundation, had the opportunity to present MIrror Decor and its products. 

The presentation was successful, and some Mexican and American buyers will contact DH GROUP USA to evaluate possible purchases.

A new potential customer has expressed interest in 3 mirrors.

On Monday, 15 05 2023, from Warsavia, the President will have a conf call for HORECA real estate projects for which the president has proposed MIRROR mirrors.

In October 2022, during a meeting in Zurich, the President presented the MIRROR products to begin offering to their client banks and insurance companies. 

Today the company communicated to the President that there are interests, requesting a meeting to analyze which mirrors could be the most interesting for starting commercial negotiations.

The Division is collecting information from the partners and the project structure to prepare the 002 report, which will be presented to Mirror Decor during the general meeting in Italy.

We had to create a database from scratch; we completed the process today. We now have the warehouse database that will be sent to TDHI Strategic to start developing strategies for creating the sales network.

Today in a conference call, the President proposed to Dr Pittarello, TDHI Business Consultant of Team Italy, to take on the role of the General project manager of the 2022 - 2025 Mirror project. Dr Pittarello will assume the role from 17 10 2022.

Dr Pittarello, General project manager of the MIRROR DECOR project in the Italian market, sent a letter to present his role to the shareholders of Mirror Decor Srl. 

He communicated to the partners the maps of his role until 30 06 2023, the responsibilities that it entails, and the start of the creation of the commercial network from 24 10 2022, and he is enthusiastic about him.

This morning, the President sent TDHI ITALIA General Manager Dr Magri and TDHI ITALIA General project manager MIRROR DECOR project Dr Pittarello the first directives for developing the project in Italy. 

By November, the Top Management of TDHI ITALIA, responsible for the project, will be able to activate the Team Structure necessary to create the commercial network. 

Just 50 days after receiving the information from the client company, we have already introduced the project into the app, activated the project page, produced new logos, researched and included two partners (USA and ITA) in the structure and started creating the project team structure.

The jewellery division of the El club del Duque group has considered evaluating luxury mirrors from Mirror Decor for its new projects. 

In the second half of January in Mexico city, there will be a meeting between architects, designers and the El club del Duque team.

The second meeting of the year for the MIRROR project. 

The meeting allowed the President to make some considerations with the General project manager Dr Pittarello regarding the letter sent on 19 02 2023 to the customer. 

Dr Pittarello, in his letter, anticipated that monthly meetings would begin at the company from the end of January to collect internal information and provide further details on the activity we are carrying out, in addition to what has already been published on this project page. 

Furthermore, he anticipated that in the first days of January, there would be a very positive surprise for the company and the Mirror Decor brand on all Italian newsstands. So it was as per our post dated 05 01 2023. An investment not contractually foreseen that our company made to support the customer. 

Each communication then finds effective feedback month after month on the activity we do for our client.

Today DH GROUP USA had a second meeting with interested customers as per the post dated 18 11, 2022. DH GROUP USA is dealing with 10 to 15 mirrors. 

As soon as we receive a manifestation of interest, we will send them an official proposal. The President is waiting to find out more about the financial resources and exact typology of the mirrors.

We have purchased some copies, and the General project manager Dr Pittarello will deliver them in the meeting that will take place with the owners of Mirror Decor.

However, there have been new negotiations to understand which mirrors are more interesting for customers. A recent call has been set for July before the mirror request.

The TDHI OFFICE AND HOME Division presented the draft document 002 to the President. The meeting certified significant results despite numerous legal and operational difficulties. During the meeting, the President confirmed his intention to achieve the goal of 100% warehouse sales by 2023.

The President met the Commercial Director of INIM. Together they also went to measure some buildings to evaluate the location. The partner has confirmed its interest in 8 showroom display mirrors and 5 mirrors for its customers. By the end of the year, there are possibilities to increase the number of purchased mirrors.

After the meeting on 24 12, 2022, the CEO of DDC Group met with the President in Warsaw and presented the possibility of new clients, confirming that negotiations can start in the autumn. The CEO indicated to the President the tastes and characteristics of the interested potential customers in Asia.

Today the President presented the Mirror products in a video call to 5 manufacturers with their designers to place them in some luxury coworker offices.

It all stems from an idea of the President to create luxury co-working centres; now, he also offers luxury furnishings and fittings.

We take advantage of August, like every year, especially in Europe, because customers and competitors are on vacation. 

The GM, Dr. Magri and the GPM, Dr. Pittarello, also made themselves available in August with the President to evaluate the strategies to be applied in the last quarter of 2023. 

The main objective will be to send the order lists for the definitive sale of some fantastic mirrors and the selection of products for the showrooms. 

In the second part of September, we will send the customer the order lists to check and prepare the products for potential customers.

DH GROUP USA has confirmed the consecutive order for 4 consecutive months, leaving the President of DH GROUP to select the 5 products he deems most strategic and suitable.

Today, the general project manager for Italy, Dr Pittarello, had a meeting by conference call with the President of the DH Group, who personally deals with the international strategies of the Mirror project. 

Dr Pittarello complimented the President on the unbelievable result obtained as of 31 07 with the 100% management and presentation of all the mirrors produced. 

Also, with joy, he saw the second sales step begin with the sending of the product verification slips. 

The President anticipated that another product verification checklist would be sent every two weeks. 

The President proposed to GPM Pittarello to go and carry out, in Tuscany at Mirror, a control check of all the Check Lists that will have been sent before the end of November 2023. 

The GPM agreed with the President's proposal to help the customer with the verification before starting the third phase, which concerns the sale.

The GPM for Italy, Dr Pittarello, had a conference call meeting today with the President of the DH Group, who personally takes care of the international strategies of the Mirror project. 

During the meeting, began planning Dr. Pittarello's visit to Tuscany on 28 11, 2023.

During the weekly meeting of the President with Dr Pittarello, the planning and analysis of the information and strategies to be presented at the general meeting on November 28th continued. 

By November 24th, Dr Pittarello will receive all the documentation in anticipation of the meeting with the President on November 27th. 

Other Checklists, " Distinta di Verifica", will be sent by November 24th, and most likely, the Mirror shareholders and the TOP management of TDHI ITALIA will also receive a letter from the President before the meeting on November 28th.
